5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information, review and respond to submitted work in a timely manner, make payments per agreed terms, and ensure they have the rights to any materials they provide to us for use in their project.

6. Payment
Payment terms will be specified in individual client agreements. Dorf Web Studios reserves the right to pause work in the event of non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dorf Web Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Third-Party Services
We may use or recommend third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for their performance or terms, and clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to any third-party terms applicable to their project.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the end of any services agreement.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the client agreement. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.
